Engraving Timescale
For our engraving to be the best possible quality we ask for 5-10 working days prior to despatching. However, as all work is done in-house we are able to rush certain orders through if required urgently. Please let us know if your deadline is imminent.
Delivery Charges
Postage is FREE for UK Mainland only. If your require delivery to Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands then please contact us. We do not deliver overseas.
Shipping
All orders must be signed for upon receipt. Please enter a note on your e-commerce order if you would like a neighbour to take delivery.
Inspection of Consignment
Please inspect the outer packaging and the contents of all parcels before signing the carrier's delivery note. If any part of your order is defective or missing, please reflect this on the carrier's note eg., "damaged in transit" or if accepted without checking sign the carrier's delivery note "not inspected" or "received unchecked" or "unexamined" etc. A signature of "received in good condition" may void any subsequent claim for damaged goods.
Prices
VAT is included in the prices shown on our website. Prices are GBP (Sterling). Whilst every effort is made to keep prices constant the prices shown are subject to change without notice. We will contact you if the prices shown have changed from those displayed on this site.
Engraving Charges
If you require the item you buy from our online store to be engraved, you can select this option whilst browsing the online catalogue. The charge for engraving is £5.00 per item if you require text, or £10.00 per item for logo and text.
Presentation Boxes
A large part of our online catalogue are available with presentation boxes. If required you can select this option whilst browsing the products. Charges vary depending upon item required. Other items come included with a cardboard box (where stated), but for a small additional price you can purchase a satin presenation box. Please contact us for more details.
